DOMESTIC RETURNS:


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer, within 10 days of receiving it/them. 


Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags as they were and packaging as it was everything intact. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm it is in its/they are in their original condition (packaging, labels, tags etc.) you will be refunded on the same method of payment you used or will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment(s). Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued.


In order to issue a return, please email our customer support team on: info@wedegenerates.com and we will set up a return for you. You will receive an email with all the details for the return.

DAMAGED ORDERS:


Please note that we will obviously cover any shipping fees and expenses in case you receive a damaged piece. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders, and also include a very detailed chart with all measurements and very specific information regarding size and fit for all our pieces in order to avoid any returns or exchanges.

If you opted for getting store credit instead of a refund, you can have the shipping fees deducted from your store credit.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags as they were and packaging as it was everything intact. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm it complies/they comply to the aforementioned conditions, we will proceed with the exchange process. Our team will be emailing you to update you along the way.

All our beautiful pieces are insured so should there be any incident during transit such as the damaging or loss of a piece you will not be held responsible for it. 


INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:


If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please email our customer support team on: info@wedegenerates.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s) and we will set up an exchange for you. You will receive an email with all the details for the exchange.


International exchanges are considered as a return and new order, however the new order’s shipping fees (back and forth) won’t be covered by us the second time round. In order to avoid any extra costs kindly refer to the detailed information provided regarding each piece.


Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags still attached and packaging as it was everything intact. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm it is/they are in the aforementioned conditions, we will proceed with the exchange process. Our team will be emailing you to update you along the way. 


So customers are responsible for all related shipping fees for their exchange. These fees include shipping costs (back and forth) along with custom charges for the package’s return, and import duties or taxation charges you may be liable for on your (new) package’s entry into your country. Please refer to your country's government website for more information relating to any taxation or import duties or customs clearance charges in your country.
